R.C. Battle Designs invites you into a darker kind of beauty; a world of original artwork, fine art prints and sculptural homeware where gothic detail and artistic expression live side by side. With this shoot, the intention was to create more than clean product imagery, but to shape a setting that echoed the feeling of the brand itself. Every shadow, texture and corner of the studio was considered so the artwork could feel at home there, as though it belonged to its own carefully built world. I loved the process of photographing these pieces in a way that honoured their mood, allowing the imagery to feel rich, immersive and quietly dramatic, with a sense that beauty can be found just as easily in darkness as it can in light.
